Board of Development
Board Meets 2nd Thursday at 3:00 p.m. Board of Development meetings are held at the Fletcher Warren Civic Center located at 5501 Business Hwy 69 S., Greenville, Texas.
The Board of Development was chartered by the City Council in 1941 to promote industrial growth in the City. The Board is funded through a transfer from GEUS and 4A Economic Development Corporation. The Board is appointed by the City Council and specializes in assisting companies with their relocation and expansion plans as well as promoting economic development in Greenville.
