Public Swimming Pool Regulations
Requirements
The City enforces the State Standards for Public Swimming Pools and Spas adopted by the Texas Department of State Health Services. A Public Swimming Pool Operation Permit is required if an entity intends to operate a public or semi-public pool or spa.
