The service of alcohol within a private club in the City of Greenville is regulated by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC). 

Smoking


Smoking is generally not permitted in any public building in the City of Greenville. A restaurant may include a separate room where smoking is permitted, provided that such a room is completely enclosed with a separate air conditioning system. The door of such smoking area must remain closed except for customers entering and exiting the room.
