[ARCHIVED] Interstate 30 Overlay District

The Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council of the City of Greenville, Texas, will meet in regular session on Monday, January 23, 2012 at 5:30 PM and Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at 6:00 PM respectively, in the Council Chambers in the Municipal Building located at 2821 Washington Street, Greenville, Texas. At these times the Commission and City Council will conduct a public hearing on a revision to Article III: Districts of the City of Greenville Zoning Ordinance (Ord. No. 08-059), specifically to add Section 3-7 Overlay Districts and to create Section 3-7.1 Interstate 30 (IH-30) Overlay District. IH-30 Overlay District was a recommendation of the West Greenville Small Area Plan and will include increased design standards and incentives but will NOT change the zoning designation of any property.
