[ARCHIVED] Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Tax Abatement Agreement

TO THE PUBLIC:

PLEASE BE ADVISED that the City of Greenville, Texas intends to enter into a Tax Abatement Agreement with ORBIS Corporation ("ORBIS") with respect to ORBIS's proposed development/re-development of property located 7121 Shelby Avenue, Greenville, TX in City of Greenville Reinvestment Zone No. 2 as an injection molding and product fulfillment facility (the "Project") which development carries an estimated cost of improvement of approximately $127,000,000.00.

PUBLIC HEARING: The above referenced and proposed Tax Abatement Agreement with ORBIS will be considered and possibly acted upon at a public hearing conducted on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Fletcher Warren Civic Center, 5501 Business Hwy 69 S., Greenville, Texas, 75402. The public is invited to attend and comment.
